Effective Date: November 8, 2025
Every print is made to order with care through trusted print partners. This approach reduces waste, supports sustainable production, and ensures each piece is created especially for you. Because of that, I don’t accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, orientation, or change of mind.
That said, I stand by the quality of every order and I’ll make things right if something goes wrong.
1. Made-to-Order Products
All prints are produced on demand. Because each order is created specifically for you, I’m unable to offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong size or orientation
- Colour differences due to individual screen calibration
Please double-check product details, sizes, and preview images before confirming your order.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise defective, I’ll make it right.
Please contact me within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem and packaging
Once verified, I’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.
3. Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, reach out to me at info@teresauncharted.ca or use the contact form. I’ll investigate with the printer and carrier and either:
- Issue a replacement at no cost, or
- Provide a refund if the package is confirmed lost.
4. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and cancellations aren’t possible.
5. Contact
For any questions about your order, email info@teresauncharted.ca or use the contact form on the site. I personally reply within one business day.
6. Why Made-to-Order Matters
Each piece is printed only when it’s ordered — no mass production, no excess waste. It’s a slower, more mindful way to create, ensuring quality while keeping the environmental footprint small.
Thank you for supporting independent artists and sustainable production practices.
