1. Where are the prints made?
Each print is produced through a professional print partner network, using the print facility closest to your shipping destination. This helps reduce transit time, shipping costs, and environmental impact.
2. How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders are produced within 2–4 business days and delivered in:
- Canada: 5–10 business days after production
- United States: 7–14 business days after production
- International: 10–21 business days, depending on customs and postal services
You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order ships.
3. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Because all prints are made to order, I can’t accept returns or exchanges due to size, colour preference, or change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or lost, I’ll gladly replace or refund it. See the Refunds & Returns Policy for full details.
4. What if my order arrives damaged?
Please email me within 7 days of delivery at info@teresauncharted.ca or on the contact form with your order number, a short description, and clear photos of the item and packaging. I’ll send a replacement or full refund right away.
5. Will my print look exactly like the image on my screen?
Minor colour variations can occur because every device and monitor displays colour differently. Prints are professionally calibrated to match tones as closely as possible to the original image.
6. Can I cancel an order?
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and cancellations aren’t possible.
7. What materials do you use?
All prints are produced on high-quality canvas or fine art paper using archival inks designed for rich colour and long-term durability. The exact material is noted on each product page.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. I ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping times vary depending on customs clearance and local postal services.
